1. Cancellation by Traveler

• More than 30 days before the scheduled activity: Full refund minus 10% processing fee.

• Between 15 and 30 days before the scheduled activity: 50% refund of the total package cost.

• Less than 15 days before the scheduled activity: No refund available.

2. Cancellation by Pushkal Adventure
In exceptional cases such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or safety concerns, Pushkal Adventure may need to cancel or postpone an activity. In such cases, a full refund will be provided, or you may choose to reschedule for an alternative date.

3. Unused Services
No refunds will be issued for partially used or unused services, including accommodation, sightseeing, meals, or transport.

4. Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days. Any bank or payment gateway fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

5. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend all travelers to obtain travel insurance to protect against unforeseen cancellations, medical emergencies, or personal emergencies.
